Great improvement with my providder. The catch up are now playing. The only issue I have is when I leave the catch up to go back to live TV, there is sometimes a big delay before I can see live TV. I have to change channel back and forth before it starts playing live TV again.

Try another provider...

Wow! Finally, it took about 1 year to fix the single guide EPG with catch up displayed correctly. Congratulations! But still the catch up do not work with my provider. Hopefully that will also get fix someday.

You may have to reformat in that case. It will be much faster than trying to troubleshoot everything...

Yes it has been fixed. If not then something is wrong with your subscription. You truly need 2 connections. It was answered by Sam one post above yours 😳

May be they should seek help from Tivimate coders and others... But I still like MOL2, pretty much everything is working well but the guide has been lacking for too long. It needs to be fixed.

Still the same with Z10 box! Recording to MicroSDcard with Tivimate is complicated...

Whenever I use the guide, some channels will display the correct information but others will show incorrect timing information (around 3 hours) with my current sub. When I compared the guide with Tivimate, there is no problem, the guide information matches the info displayed. Something is wrong with Mol2...

When I do the test, Z8 and Z10 Pro Max, only one box is connected at a time. (I unplug power adapter)

This is done with the same sub...and yes pip works great with my sub.

The problem is when recording and watching another channel at the same time through 2 connections, if I change channel when the show is being recorded on the other channel, the recording stops and I get only like 5 min out of 1 hour show. So basically the Z10 does not really record while watching another channel. However my Z8 is not affected at all by this behaviour since I can change channel anytime while recording on another channel...

Update: On my day off today, I just tested a Z8 and a Z10 pro max today at different ISP speed. My first test was at 15 Mbps and then 30 Mbps. The Z8 remained stable at 15 Mbps but the Z10, once on 30 Mbps, became stable on live tv without much frame skipping or stuttering. So for me, the Z10 is more sensitive at lower ISP bandwidth. May be something the software developer could look into. Also, I had less stuttering with the Z10 buffer time set at 0 sec for some problematic live tv channels.

No sound problems for me but some channels still skip frames of freezes for a second. So the update 10.10.25 did not fix it for me. My Z8 works perfect on the same channels that the Z10 pro max has trouble with...

Has been a small improvement for me but somme channels are still skipping frames... It does not happen with my Z8. Also if I use any IPTV app with my Z10 pro Max, the pictures does not skip any frames... So I guess the problem is likely in MyTvOnline.

I would love to know if it is possible to record on a NAS outside the LAN network ?

I know it works on the LAN side but I can not make it work from another location (WAN)

After latest Z8 firmware I see it has been reported that after the latest firmware upgrade 1.4.71 we get a message from our AVR Receiver saying we are not fully DPDP 2.2 compatible. I do not want to plug in directly to my TV because I would lose the ability to drive my external speakers from my receiver.

In my case this is happening because my TV is an older model. Now, I know I can get an HDMI converter to change back the Z8 HDMI output to HDCP1.4 but I would prefer a firmware fix please...

I was looking at a way to erase VOD history but did not find anything in the forums through search.

So is it possible to delete VOD history?

I just noticed this behaviour goes away after a couple hours. It is now back to normal. It only does it when I start the machine from a cold start (power off state).

Hi there, I am using Z8 with latest firmware/software (firmware v1.4.46 and MTO2 v7.5.6) and when I go to single EPG I get duplications of info.

Is it something that is known? It is also intermittent because they are times when the box does not do it.

I love this box, I have tried so many of them and this is the best I have found. The PVR recording features are the best out there and this was the deal breaker for me.
