    Anyone else try to clear data and cache in MYTV2 on their Z10? When I try it always leaves 42 mb of cache and does not completely clear all data. When I relaunch MYTV2 it still has all my favorites and provider info in it. I even tried deleting MYTV2 totally and reinstalling it and it still retains provider info.I want to start over fresh and delete all previous provider info but am unable to. I don't want to do a factory reset and reload all my apps.

    Did that and it still retains the data such as channel lists and favorites from the previous providers. And also why does it still remain after I delete the app? When I clear cache and data on my Z8 it completely clears everything back to 0 mb. Something is not right on the Z10

    Because there are differences in configuration between Z8 series and Z10 series. They are based on different chipsets, which may operate differently on different occasions.

    So if you delete a portal and log in to a new portal, do you still have the same channels in Favorites from the last portal?
