sony wh1000xm4 bluetooth problems

    i solved a problem concerning the audio connection formuler 10 to sony wh1000xm4.

    i had heavy distorted sound with lots of digital artifacts.

    the solution in short open the sony connection app in phone and in the menu choose sound and scroll down until you see

    sound quality mode from there choose option priority on stable connection.


    background story

    the sony was stuck in codec ldac and the formuler doesnt handle this ,or not so well.

    i downloaded the app a2dp and installed it on the formuler, from there i was able to choose coded sbc, then everything worked fine,

    but after power off i had to activate the codec again in the a2dp app.

    thats why i looked at the sony side and found out the problem.

    so clearly the bluetooth is not able to set the right codecs?

    I wished formuler had an expert option in the menu where you could set the codecs,etc yourself.

    for the rest very pleased with the formuler 10 pro max
