I think the black screen issue is now being ignored now, and threads locked,
I wouldn't waste your time, support from formula is just terrible, locking threads before

Of course the customer can log in with XC.
But the boxes i sell is preinstalled with stalker login.
When everybody that has the black screen problem wants help, i will need to answer everybody and link a m3u to each and every account and give them their username and password.
Thats why its more support and service for the resellers that sell the Forumler boxes that are preinstalled with stalker login.
I understand your issue, I just maintain friends and family boxes.
Hopefully Stalker issue will get fixed soon but long term with more features being added XC login will be better for your customers.

i have to join in as from the same area as most of the black screen users (sweden)Have same issue but mine started 1 week ago and I updated my Z8 yesterday in hope of resolving the issue. Unfortunately issue still persist. My provider says that everything looks fine and signal is 100% to my box, I use mytvonline.
Test service on computer or different app.
Try a trial from a different provider.
But does this error happen to more than one IPTV-provider?
My provider works on other boxes that uses stalker portal.
Most providers are resellers and when the main server is down, it effects all resellers too.
Reading a post earlier,it looks more like a provider issue when server is down.
Many providers have multiple servers, meaning one connection works and another sees a black screen.
He tried a different app but same issue.
Contacted provider and was told the truth that a server has issues and was being fixed.

Nothing in your answer even dealt with the problem itself. Why do you not refer to a "status page", or have a page with solved problems that customers can reconcile.
And being arrogant towards customers who have major problems with your products is not productive, and does not make things better.
And yes, you really should change the way your ticket system works! Alternatively, make functional products.If it is difficult, then at least make sure that there are staff who do not annoy the customers even more.

Tech support is in a different time zone and the system gathers initial info from you and provide possible solution to fix the issue.

However, when I try to view them through Puffin, or through Firefox or Chrome (which I sideloaded onto the GTV), the video will not start.
I thought it might be a permissions issue, but I tried to change the settings on Chrome and Firefox, with no luck.
I was wondering if it might be an Android TV codec issue. I'm not knowledgeable enough about this, but just wondered.
On my four year old media box, I didn't have this problem, which makes me think that it might be something to do with Android TV certified by Google. I'm really not sure.

Remove and install browsers from Google play store - these will be for Android TV
Guessing both Mevi and I used browsers from Market / google play store on our Z8 / Z8 pro - could explain why it worked for us![]()
After i zapping around on then channels the black screen came after a few zapping.
If there is no solution on this i think i have to buy a new box.
My provider says that he havent heard about this problems from someone else.
Please try a different IPTV app from Market or google play store on your Formuler device and test your service.

I downloaded the Puffin TV browser, and also sideloaded the Chrome and Firefox browsers, but none of these will allow me to watch the videos on this site.
Tested Chrome and Puffin from Market Place and it works with that website you want.
I am based in UK using VPN set to UK using Z8 Pro.

What you say is correct but it seems to be like a hard reset by powering down and using specific boot up condition to force a factory reset like on android phones.
The command using voice assistant to open apps such as YouTube was: Launch YouTube and it did....
Now it doesn’t and only responds to Open YouTube 🤯 voice control within YouTube works.
I also tried it with a vpn incase it preferred USA location for all features.... set VPN to USA and oddly voice assistant doesn’t understand anything I say haha. Changed it back to UK server and or turned off the VPN and it recognised my voice without a problem...
Still however having an issue with assistant launching other apps instead of YouTube even though it’s enabled.
Maybe it's a google issue?

Try clearing all data for MYTVOnline 2, remove the app and reinstall from Market.
Update, hopefully that will fix the issue you have.
Install the app DRM info from Market, open and scroll down, you will see it. Just read shown little bit

No its`not, known are only this two cases. Please don`t panic so fast because such issues can happen on all other devices too.

All devices will have faulty units which you return and get it exchanged.
Formuler tech support did all they can to try to fix the issue and sometimes the device needs to be sent back.
