I'm a newbie to the formuler IPTV boxes and recently purchased the z8 pro. My current IPTV provider has worked solid for over 4 years and I'm trying to transfer it over to the z8pro. However I am getting this message:
ERROR
Your account is blocked.
Contact your service provider.
Code 7.
Now I have spoken to the service provide who has insisted it's all set up correctly on his end. I've had his service on a box from infomir for years. I'm entering the portal URL in correctly. On the infomir box for this provider I can pause live TV - timeshift and has 24 day catch-up on the most popular channels + tons and tons of VOD Content that the whole family use. The only reason why I'm switching is because of the lag and freezing! So I really want to keep this service.
Any tips as to why this isn't working? I have a VPN also set up although I don't normally need it for this service.
