Nonsense. It has to do with recording on the GTV via EPG. I have a subscription which supports 4 connections.

Manual recordings can go over 3 hours easily. Recordings via EPG almost never go over 1 hour.

Any updates so far?

2 new recordings went wrong. About only one minute was recorded both times. Box was turned off again.

Log files sent. Same tracking number as above.

Log file sent, tracking#: B63690. Only 52 seconds were recorded, while it should have recorded about 1 hour.

Portal URL + username and password is used as protocol.

Box was in standby mode this time.

Sam, did you try to record all programs via EPG? And was the box turned on at the time the record should have start?

My experience with the record functionality on the GTV is quite the opposite. I think that only 2 out of 30 recordings went ok unfortunately. Most of them are far from complete.

Please let me know if you need any further information to solve this bug any sooner.

I’ve installed the IPTV Smarters Pro app on the same tv with the same provider and all radio streams works perfectly.

And on MyTvOnline 2 the problem still remains afterwards.

I’ve installed my GTV a few weeks ago and I’ve updated to Android 10. The box is quite stable but I’ve noticed one issue. All radio channels are stuttering. Will try to explain. Each 10 seconds the audio drops and after one second the audio continues.

As soon as the audio drops this EPG bar is shown.

This doesn’t occur on my Z+ Neo with Android 9 installed so my provider and I are quite sure that it has to be a bug within Android 10. Or is there something to change in order to solve this?
