Brad - Sorry but I don't see an "update Interval" anywhere in my portal so we are probably on different systems.
What type of connection are you using?

I am positive that the Z11 ProMax EPG update frequency settings was in the Data Sync section, prior to an update..
I still wonder.. Why this setting is not shown when setting up the portal? Only when editing the portal..
Has anyone else noticed that the guides have gone from a few "no informations" to all "no informations" currently?
JCT3 - I believe that I found my problem. There is a "EPG Update Interval" setting that appeared in the Portal Settings.. Very strange.. I believe it was moved in the last update released for the Z11 ProMax. I have setup many of these boxes and never saw this setting before. You won't see the setting during the setup of the Portal, only after it's setup. I went into the "existing" Portal - Edit - "EPG Update Interval" was OFF. I set it to 18 hours.. Problem appears to be solved.. I hope this helps others..
Display MoreFirst, a brief description for better understanding, and then what can be done to ensure that the EPG data is displayed correctly.
As we all already know, using the Alternative EPG resolves the issue of No Information in the Stalker Protocol. However, here it's much easier with the Registered MAC Address and a simple URL.
With XC API, it's a bit different. Here, you either receive the XC Api url directly from the provider or extract it from an already received M3U URL. It's always crucial to use the correct URL for XC API. Even if it works, it doesn't necessarily mean it's complete or fully compatible.
There are standard URLs that Mol3 adheres to, but there are also those that have been greatly reduced or use a path unknown to MOL3, which cannot be resolved. However, this is very rare. Additionally, it can happen that there's an extra character in the URL that MOL3 can't load. It doesn't have to, but it can.
1. In this example, we're talking about standard URLs.
Example:
"Server: http://whatyouhave.xx.com:2000"
User:xxxx
Pass:xxxx
If you now have "http://whatyouhave.xx.com:2000", try with "/" at the end.
If you have "http://whatyouhave.xx.com:2000/", try without "/" at the end.
* Please ignore the " at beginning and end of the url.
If no port is available in the URL (:2000 or :80 or something else), please ask the provider for the port number and include it in your URL. Of course, it can also work without, but not all providers have the same standard, and since we don't know what our provider script wants and needs, we should try both options.
Important: Each change in the URL and click on update data, delete favorites, watchlist, etc. is the same as if you were creating the portal for the first time. Please always perform a backup beforehand.
2. The second important criterion for the EPG to be loaded and displayed correctly is the time and date:
Check if Automatic date & time is enabled and then check the displayed data.
Is the date correct?
Is the time correct?
Is the correct setting for GMT/time zone selected?
3. The latest firmware and software update should always be installed.
4. From time to time, it is also recommended to clear the cache of MOL3 -> home menu -> settings -> apps -> see all apps -> MYTVOline 3 -> Clear cache. In some cases, even clear data if it's not working at all, be careful, data in MOl3 will be deleted. Please always perform a backup beforehand.
5. Correct EPG offset setting, if in use.
6. Mol3 menu -> content manager -> data sync -> epg data -> clear and update epg + refresh content.
Also important for understanding. The Main EPG (from where the No Information comes) and Single EPG are not same, this are two different EPG`s.
This all of course if everywhere is "No Information" shown and main EPG empty.
Please try the described steps and report if it has improved.

I experienced the same problem you are having with the Z10 ProMax EPG.
Has anyone else noticed that the guides have gone from a few "no informations" to all "no informations" currently?
I no longer use the Z10 ProMax since I've upgrade to the Z11 ProMax.
There is definitely a problem with the Z11 ProMax EPG right now. This is what I see.
-- Guide Button Shows - No Information
-- EPG on Left Side (after pushing ok) Shows - No Information
-- EPG on Left Side (after pushing up or down from full screen picture) Shows - No Information
-- If you (from full screen picture push OK and then the Right Arrow) to Enter into the "EPG Single" All the EPG data is there. I would say a box issue.
The Z11 has had issues with the sudden EPG "No Information" for some time but I think it's worse after the last update.
Try this on your Z10 ProMax when it acts up and see what you see.. I hope this gets corrected soon. It's one of the biggest complaints I get.
I just had a similar issue with the warning symbol ! inside a triangle next to the name of the portal.
I connected through VPN and the problem is gone.
Optimum Internet is an issue. I have seen many issues with them blocking.
Delete cache and data from Mol2 in Settings-> Apps, restart the box and try again.
Right now it is working ok. If it does it again, I will try that. Thank you SAM
@Lucky133 - I appreciate your suggestions.
I have 5 connections - no issue there
It happened with & without VPN.
I've been using Dreamlink and Formuler boxes for over 5 years now.
I've seen this happen on T2 & T3 boxes on initial startup when the guide is loading, if you change the channel it stops.
I never saw this happen on a Z10 Pro Max box. There was an update for the Z10 Pro Max on Oct 30th.
This was first seen 9 days after the update.
I have Z11 Pro Max boxes that are running the same service - no issues.
I am experiencing stuttering audio and video with ALL channels on the Z10 ProMax. The stuttering stops if the box is restarted. Any ideas?
Have the ability to add an Auto Refresh Schedule with at least 4 daily times. (I am aware of the one time scheduled refresh - we need more)
Allow the Auto Refresh to Automatically Refresh when the box is on - instead of requiring the user to push menu and select the "Refresh Contents" - make it one step.
Remove the "Refreshing Contents" pop-up from the right lower corner during refresh process.
Add "Refresh" choice in the Menu - like the Z10 and previous were. Too many buttons to push to activate a Manual Refresh
Stop the Notifications from accumulating increments of numbers for Refreshing Contents.
It's nice to log but too much maintenance to constantly clear the Notifications counter.
SAM - I forgot to mention.. I am a reseller of the Formuler boxes.. I have many customers that are not happy and I would like to provide some feedback to them.
Thank you..
$$Ragu$$ - I appreciate your comment.
I use network storage with these boxes. I have (5) Z11 ProMax boxes in the house, all of the recordings are displayed and can be played from any Z11 box on the network.
I am disappointed to say.. I am not getting the support that I was expecting on this issue.
This needs to be fixed.. The Z10 Pro Max worked flawlessly.
I don't feel that we should just accept this bug/flaw/defect.
SAM - Please provide a solution for this issue.
I just had this problem happen when I was setting up a new box. It appears that there was a problem getting all the channels to load to the box on initial connection to the server. During the initial connection the screen returned to Home. Then it would continue to loop back to the Home screen. I disconnected and reconnected to the M3U link. There were only 10,539 channels loaded and there were empty groups. The total 29,823 channels loaded after restarting the box. The additional channels would not load if I disconnected and reconnected to the M3U link. It seems to have a similar problem that the Dreamlink T2 had when there were so many channels. The T2 MyOnlineTV app would crash on startup and was not functional. The only work around that I found on the T2 was to use the portal connection.
Please take a look at the log Tracking # C153EA.
The problems you're describing are not related to this issue.
@Staff..
I have numerous Formuler boxes out there.. Most on Samsung TVs but also LG and others. Many complaints about this happening. I have experienced the problem at least 2 dozen times myself. I did learn a work around but not sure if it will continue to work. I found that after coming out of standby and trying to go to MyOnlineTV2. If the loop back to home screen occurs.. If I go to the Formuler Remote app and then go back to home screen.. I can go to the MyOnlineTV2 app, it goes back to the channel that was last on and streams correctly. If you don't do that then it just keeps going back to home screen after a short stream of a channel. I hope this information helps.. Thank you
SAM,
Here is the link. It Expires in 1 day.
Let me know what you find out. The strangest thing is that the problem happens intermittently. Just weird.
JR thank you for your suggestions.
Formuler Z10 Pro Max - Firmware v10.10.41 - IPTV v10.10.44
After the box is in "Standby" overnight or for many hours, this happens.
When coming out of "Standby" the entire screen goes gray for 5-10 seconds.
2nd - it will resume the last channel played for 2-3 seconds
3rd - it returns to Home.
This will continue the 2nd and 3rd loop every time you click MyTV Online 2.
I have had many generations of the Formuler boxes but never saw this happen.
It happens on all 4 of my boxes and to other people that I know using the Z10 Pro Max box.
Any ideas?
SAM.. Google Play shows that Google Assistant is not compatible with this (Z10 Pro Max) device.. That's weird.. It works on my box that I've been using for 6 months.. Even after the 10.10.39 update..
SAM.. The 3rd brand new Z10 Pro Max that I powered on today with initial Firmware v10.0.2. The Google Assistant & microphone worked on the box normally.
After installing v10.10.39 Firmware. The microphone is missing from the Gboard and Google Assistant does not exist in the Device Preferences. I was able to get the microphone back on to the Gboard by installing the Google app and changing app permissions.. The Google Assistant still does not work.. Let me know your thoughts..
SAM.. No updates available in GPlay. I am going to try to setup another box and see what happens. This is a first.. I've setup numerous boxes without this issue.
Please advise.. Thank you..
I have a brand new Z10 Pro Max that I installed on 9/30/22 with Firmware v10.0.2 - It automatically installed v10.10.39 Firmware. The microphone is missing from the Gboard and Google Assistant does not exist in the Device Preferences. I was able to get the microphone back on to the Gboard by installing the Google app.. The Google Assistant still does not work.. I tried it on (2) Z10 Pro Max boxes and got the same results. Has anyone seen this problem? Is something missing from the 10.10.39 Firmware that is needed for the Google Assistant? Any help would be appreciated. I have numerous brand new Z10 Pro Max with Firmware v10.0.2 that I need to initialize.
