Warning symbol on content source screen

I have a Formuler Z11 Pro / MOL3 and since last Thursday, none of the live channels are working in one of my portal. Plus the VOD channels and TV series are not accessible. In the MYTVOnline 3 > Content Manager > Content Sources there is a warning symbol ! inside a triangle next to the name of the portal instead of the usual check mark. My susbcription ends in July 2024. I tried rebooting the Formuler by pulling the power cord and replugging it. The second portal is working fine, so it isn't an Internet connection problem. Could the Formuler update from last Wednesday have something to do with the problem?

Contacted Provider and ask there?

Re registered your Stalker MAC ID and refreshed on Provider side?

Do you get any error message, because the triangle shows that something with the connection is wrong?

Did you deleted current and created new portal with same data?

I just had a similar issue with the warning symbol ! inside a triangle next to the name of the portal.

I connected through VPN and the problem is gone.

Optimum Internet is an issue. I have seen many issues with them blocking.
