Please have a look at al your tv options. Not your box! Must be a configuration on your tv that set it back every time.

I have same problem on my 3 tvs. But for me it change after 2-3 days. Have this problem sence i bought the boxes last year. Not have this problem with my z10 pro max boxes

I have 2 issues that I have seen others write about . I did several tests to see if I could recreate the issues. After a lot of different tests I am able to recreate the issues at will.

1st let me say I have installed latest software including recent beta. I have factory reset several times. I tried setting up MOL in Launcher. Nothing helped correct my issues

1) If the Z11 was put in standby while watching a channel, when using STB button to turn back on the box it doesn't return to the channel I was watching. It reverts back to main menu and have to hit MOL3 again to get TV.

2) while watching TV, sometimes when I hit STB button to turn off box (standby mode) box does not go to standby properly. I get a red indicator and then no indicator light on front of box and it is frozen. The only way to get box to turn on again is unplugging it and plugging it back in again.

The way I recreated this is: if I turn the box off in standby mode and then cycle the power on my modem, the next time I turn on the box with the STB button it will be in the main menu and not the last channel I was watching.

If I use the STB button on the remote the next time I try to put it in standby, it will shut down improperly as listed in #2 above.

So I gather at some point I am dropping Internet connection for a short period of time while in standby mode and the box doesn't deal with it well.

I have an old T3 (which is the same as Z8) using MOL2 and it handles the same situation flawlessly, it wakes to the previous channel I was watching everytime, even when cycling the modem. Tried on a friend's old Z8 (MOL2) and it also handles this exact situation. When u turn box back on from Standby it will go to the channel you were watching, even if internet was dropped for a short period of time while in standby.

I also have a Z10 (MOL2) and it also reverts back to main menu when internet is lost at some point while in standby mode.

I am hardwired to Modem. Xcapi service

If Formuler would like me to send logs please advise.

Could someone else do this test and see if this is happening to them as well.

Yes i always make mol 3 to starting app when I setup my boxes

I think 50% of times when I open box it start with latest channel and 50% with main menu

Still have problem with both my z11 pro max that when I start the box from stand by it back to main menu. Sometimes its normal and start with latest channel

Have u tried mute button?

U have to turn of trumotion in tv settings, i also have LG and turned off and than the ball is normal again

On the remote control, when I hit the "OK" button it brings up my (favorites) channel list and at the top of the screen "EPG SINGLE". Should that say something else like "ALL or FAVORITES" and how do I change it?

When I hit the button to the right of "OK", I see 9 days of EPG information for an individual channel.

But still "No Information" when I hit the "Guide" button.

I set to YCbCr422 12 bit and after 2-3 days it use to change to auto, i have better image with 12 bit than auto
