hello, I have a friend who can no longer use mytvonline3, as soon as he goes on it it gives him a micro outage and it comes back to the home page. we tried a lot of things, uninstalling mytvonline 3 etc. it doesn't work Is this a known issue and is there a solution? THANKS

hello, suddenly from one day to another i habe no sound more, picture yes but no sound anywhere.
i replave hdmi cable but its not a issue.
is there any solutiion or this garbage box is for garbage????
i have also beelink gt king 5 years, never single issue anf formuler z11 after 2 months no sound at all!!!

Did you opened the "formuler remote" app? and make some changes there?
Friend of my did that, he had set the android volume to the left (0) in the formuler app.
Check it please, and also in android settings at sounds or you can find something.
Otherwise factory reset.
