I just bought a z11 pro max and also have a z8. The z8 epg and everything works great on mol2. The z11 on mol3 doesn’t show epg at all unless in single mode, is there a fix for this?

Yes, the single epg works fine. But the guide and classic do not

check you time and date settings, also make sure you EPG update interval is not set to off

Finally figured this out. Apparently when you add a connection portal there is an epg mode option and changing it from normal to alternative works. Once you add the portal Connection there is no way to change it other than re-adding it. Formuler admins might need to add this option in

Where's this setting? I've resetted my device quite a few times and did everything from scratch, never noticed this setting before. But I'll take note of your proposed solution and check next time if I ever have do reinstall my portal.

I had to delete the portal and re-add it

Also one important thing: If User doesn`t have any EPG, he should delete the last "/" in Portal url and click on Update. This / at end of the url, is in most cases reason why EPG doesnt work correctly..
