I feel like they are Apple now, making old items obsolete forcing you to buy new ones. I will try 2.4 and the other options to see if that works or try to roll back the firmware.

yea while I love the device it is not consistent and various problems happen all the time. right now i have a cat5 cable running thru my house but I hope to get a fix or find a new device. you think that many people reported the same issue they would say there must be a wifi issue?

Same here and I have two boxes after the last update and nothing works but I am still trying,. works great on ethernet other than that its a door stop

did this several times as well. I looked and no updates available. I turned off and on. removed the antenna and rebooted and various combinations. Wires it works with no issues, all of this happened after the last update. First at random times it would lose wifi connection and now it can't see anything.

Just another constant issue with Formuler 7Z+
Neither can see any wifi's to connect to - did factory reset a few times and both the same.
I have an old iPhone 2C that can see more than these devices.
How do I go back to a working version of software for this?

Internal - It is connected from the plug in antenna to my home wireless.

My device will lose wifi connection like it is not there. The AP is listed and the password is saved but I have to unplug and plug it back and then it works fine and a day or maybe 3 days it does the same thing. Anyone have this issue?

I love the device so far and I am playing around with setting and configuration.
Under vformat button - I see a few options (original, pan scan, combined and fit on) is there a suggested setting for a 4k TV?
under resolution button I see many option - Does this make a different - 1080p 60mhx vs 1080 50mhz.. I think when I first looked at it it was set to 4096x2160 x 24mhz I changed it to 1080 50mhz and the picture looks better. but any suggestions on this?

Volume - some shows, commercials the volume is so low you cant hear it and others it is super loud. Is there anyway to have the sound to normalize?
Is there a way to save recording to the device or it always has to be external USB?
Sound - I have no surround sound coming thru my rear speakers - do I need to adjust a setting?

The newbox arrived and is working perfectly so far. Much better than the 2 other devices i have tried. Customers expect things to work right away and while it may be 5% that is a pretty huge number of devices with issues but i appreciate your help to fix it.

Sorry, my intention is not to Spam but answer. If so many people have the same issue I don't understand why isn't it fixed? I have a brand new device, it did the latest firmware upgrade 2 days ago and now it is a brick - my post wont hurt you but a bad product will hurt you. It looks like you should fix the product and not blame me for Spam but I wont answer anymore people comments about having the same issue over and over.I returned the one that I have and ordered a second one and I hope it was a bad device but Im afraid to update it with so many bad reports of firmware being faulty

Have had this box for less than a month now, have had to unplug and plug the power cord back in on a couple occasions in order to get the box to function, as of today, that solution no longer does any good. Power light stays red, no response when trying to use remote Is there anyway to do a manual reset on this box?
doesnt work for me either - it could be a bad device. I sent mine back and ordered another one

MY device worked perfect until I did a firmware upgrade and now its a brick, could be a bad device or something else. I ordered a second one and see if that will work.

Just bought this device and received updates and now wont wake up. Light stays red all the time. Do I return it since there is no reset button on the device? i unplugged and no use
