Loses Wifi ever fews days and I need to unplug to get it back

My device will lose wifi connection like it is not there. The AP is listed and the password is saved but I have to unplug and plug it back and then it works fine and a day or maybe 3 days it does the same thing. Anyone have this issue?

Intenal or external wifi?

Internal - It is connected from the plug in antenna to my home wireless.

If you are able to share your device logs with the developers, please open a support ticket at https://support.formulert.tv and they will look into the issue.

Can someone tell me how to pull device logs or ppoint me to a doc and Ill do that. Thanks

This two logs are important.

Box:

1. Format USB Stick with Fat32

2. Make dummy file ->> _dump_log <<- in USB root or unzip the _dump_log.zip to USB root. Only this file should be in the root of the usb stick.

3. Insert into STB and reproduce the problem

4. Wait 10-30 sec. and remove USB stick. Inside of USB folder ->> x:\log <<- you will find now your log file.

Router:

If your router have the possibility to log all wifi connects and disconnects, then enable this option and log parallel with your box.
