I try to connect the provider on mytvonline+on iOS but it fails again and again. I tried to connect by writing every infos and via the QR code. Yes, I tried also without VPN, same problem (Holidays are my own country). Now just deleted MOL3 and reinstalled with only my main provider to test. This means I lost hundreds of favourites (vods and series - and this only for this provider). Still hoping for some solution without having to re-enter all favs manually, as this would take me very very long...
Really still missing some kind of option to export/load favourites, also on another Z11PM.
If you have a backup of MOL3 you can restore your portals and favorites after doing your tests.
Please let us know how it goes with only 1 provider input into MOL3 after a fresh installation.

That's a bit difficult with continuously added favourite vods and series from the different providers. As I mostly have problems and MOL3 crashes when the EPG is updating, I'll first try with setting the EPG update interval back tot 24h as it was some time ago (before I changed to 3h and then 12h).
For transparency: I think you're having issues because you have too many (large?) providers loaded in MOL3. Maybe something going wrong with the EPG data parsing because of too much data to save to the DB.
If the issues go away when you only have 1 or 2 providers loaded it will provide some more clues about the potential source of the issue
The problem is only during the startup each day (after a night on standby - power off was even worse as posted before). So it'l take some days after each portal-add to make a conclusion ; also: all favourites (channels, vods and series) of each provider would be gone, or I should take a backup, restore and delete all other portals during each test - deactivating a portal sometimes take up to 10-15 minutes - I'm out for a few weeks, so this may take a while, will see ...
Yes, make a backup before you start the tests. Reinstall MOL3 and restore from backup but delete all portals but 1 to start with.
Is there a way to make it work?
No.
Mini only supports BT communication for the remote. The legacy remote only operates in IR mode.
Portals: 6 installed (5 always enabled, 1 always disabled).
Can you do a test with only 1 portal enabled?
Even better would be to delete your MOL3 app and reinstall it and then install only 1 portal and test for a day. On the next day, add another portal and test for 24 hours, and so on.

Sorry for the late reply (been away a few days), as stated in my post I use standby. Changed to power off for a few days and this was even worse (it once took me 6 powercable cuts to start up normally in the end). So I changed back to standby, but sill the same problem: I couldn't start up this morning (red light stayed on - already placed new batteries in the rcu). The content & EPG wasn't updated either, but I could do this manually.
How many portals are installed in MOL3?
My box itself isn't freezing.
The mytv app goes to a black screen or the TV series just spin and don't play. I need to restart the box via the remote control to get things working again.
Just happened again, nothing using internet would work. I restarted my modem and after that rebooted and connected back up to the box it was the same, nothing working.
Restarted the box and everything working as normal.

Are you using a VPN on the Formuler?
If youtube still works, the internet on your Formuler is doing fine.
Make sure you're not using the same IPTV account on a different device at the same time.
If the problem persists reach out to your IPTV service provider.
Does Youtube still work after the movie or TV series has stopped working?
For clarity, the number you're referring to is the physical link speed and not the actual download speed between you and the internet.
With that said, if your wifi link speed is changing a lot it means there is a lot of interference or competition for frequency bands in your home.
The source of this problem could be incorrect configuration of your wifi access point, non-ideal antenna positioning on your wifi access point, neighbors wifi, microwave ovens, physical distance to your wifi Access Point, obstructions between your Formuler and the wifi Access Point and other non-controllable environmental factors.
Your best course of action is to try and reduce the distance between your Formuler and the wifi AP. If that isn't possible try to reposition the antennas on your wifi AP and try to reposition the Formuler for better wifi signal reception.
If the above doesn't help, you or someone knowledgeable about wifi will need to do a wifi site survey in your home and reconfigure the wifi AP's settings to best fit your environment.

Ok, so you are saying that 1.6.8 (or 1.6.81 which is the same) "Beta Final" versions are indeed the final versions, and there will not be another non-Beta release?
Correct. 1.6.8 or 1.6.81 (depending on when you installed the update) is the final release.

Please check the power adapter specifications. Did you try with a 12 volt adapter that can supply at least 1A of current?

Can you share the exact model of Chromecast you have connected?
The USB tuner doesn't consume any internet traffic nor does it require any external internet connection. It does however use an internal UDP port to transfer the data from the USB tuner to the decoder.
You can easily check this by disconnecting your Formuler from Ethernet or WiFi and watching the USB tuner channels.

I have the same problem.
Sometimes it seems to be unconnected.
Then it will only turn on and off my tv, but the box connection is lost.
everytime i need to take out the batteries and reconnect the remote..
Next time it happens, open the formuler remote app and select the BT1 remote from the remote selection list and share a photo of the remote status screen.
Also make sure your remote has not been switched to TV mode. Press and hold the TV/STB button on the remote for 3 seconds to toggle the mode.
Don't know whether this issue has anything to do with this software update, but now my Z11 Pro Max running Surfshark VPN shows only 1 mps download speed with Analiti where just a few days ago it was 160 mps (connected with ethernet cable). On my Buzz TV and Mecool boxes, with Surfshark running, they still show the 160 mps down (500mps without VPN running). I have uninstalled and then reinstalled latest Surfshark version with no change in Analiti speed test.
Can you suggest anything at all that could help me in troubleshooting ?? For the moment, I will disable the VPN, but I prefer not to do this indefinitely.
Try a different location in the VPN app
Maybe try to unplug the TV from power before trying to program the Source button?
Another option is to go to the Electronics store with your IR1 and "borrow" one of the display remotes to try to program the source button. Or borrow a friend's remote.
Finally, you can purchase a Formuler BT1 remote and see if it fits your needs.
Can you provide details about your A/V setup?
What is the brand/model of the TV?
Is the Formuler plugged directly into the TV with the HDMI cable? or are there any intermediate devices between the Formuler and the TV?
Thanks for the responses. I’ve tripple checked the login info and I use xtream codes with username and passwords, so does the MAC address matter? I use http:// not https:// And maybe I didn’t say it right, but mol3 does have a “connecting” screen that pops up when you click connect on the content sources screen just like mol2. It starts to connect then I get a 1002 error message when it hits 60%. I also tried a factory reset and that didn’t help either.
If your password has a # in it, please try the latest MOL3 beta. It should fix the issue
Try a different provider if possible.
The next time it happens try to refresh the content data:
MYTVOnline3 > Main Menu > Content Manager > Data Sync > Contents Data > Refresh
You need to contact your seller or service provider with questions about contents. Formuler only manufactures the devices - it doesn't have anything to do with the contents.
Only enter the code if it asks you to in the on-screen help.
Read the configuration instruction manual. It shows how to perform the configuration update.
Turn off Live Auto Frame Rate (AFR) in the settings and try again.
Also open Youtube and play some videos to see if everything is working correctly in that app.
As an experiment please change the HDMI output refresh rate to match the FPS of the contents you are playing. (23.9/24fps = 24Hz, etc.)
After that, start playing the contents and share your results.

Yes. New setting in MOL3:
Main Menu > Settings > Player Options > Subtitle Appearance
Temporarily disconnect the Z mini from the TV. Remove any external 3rd party accessories connected to the Z mini (usb-c hubs, y-cables, etc)
Move the Z mini to a different room that is quiet. Connect the power to the Z mini (there is no need to connect it to a TV) and wait 2 minutes for it to complete bootup. Press the power button on the remote to put the Z mini into standby mode. Wait for the red light to appear and listen for any sounds.
Report back with your results.
There shouldn't be any sound emanating from the Z mini.
Make sure you are using the USB power adapter that came with the Z mini and not USB power from the TV.

Which TV IR Brand did you set in the Formuler Remote app?

If the Universal remote can change the source on your TV, use your Universal remote to learn the codes to your Formuler remote.
Follow the instructions in the following Youtube video. Make sure the point the front of both remotes directly at each other so they are touching.
