when trying to update firmware i get an error message Insuuficent memory. Is there anywar i ca increase memory.
Download memory cleaner from market app.
Open it and delete cache files.
And try to remove other apps.
Z10 neo is only for iptv.
If memory cleaner has removed all cache and you still can't update.
Do factory reset and update direct before you setup mytvonline etc
Which nordvpn version is correct for formuler Z12, nordvpn website, android TV version or Google play store non Android TV version
Z12 have the AndroidTV google playstore. so that nordvpn is fine my friend.

I can play my Dolby Vision files on my Z11, not on Z12.
Maby you set your tv to dolby vision image.
But z11 doesn't support it. Only dolby atmos.
Anyway, maby after the big update it will work my friend.

I only can create a v8a apk of the app.
So it can't be installed on the box and cant find an apk on the web.
It only supports v7a apks so far i know.

2 is fine enough.
3 is somewhat better. But a refresh is a lot of buttons. And in mytvonline2 its in the menu.
3 has also Gameday in menu for sports.
But 2 is great.
If your box is broken you can always upgrade to a z11 or z12.
Or if you want already? Just buy a z11 pro max bt1 or z12 ultra.
Did vestel or philips work or not?

But due new z11 and z12 you got access to many apps and a lot of people know the websites to sideload the apps.

I have a Z11 Pro Max, and when it starts up, MyTVOnline3 shows a black screen. I’m forced to install a VPN (Windscribe) in order to get a picture. However, the VPN slows down my Internet speed so much that the image becomes choppy.
How can I fix this black‑screen issue without having to use a VPN?

Or change to the a paid vpn like nordvpn, Surfshark orso. (If you haven't already a paid vpn)
i have 1000Mbit (1Gig) internet. When nordvpn is on, sometimes i got 800Mbit on pc and on box most days between 140 and 300Mbit.

It's the vpn encryption that slowdowns the connection Due encryption.
And you need minimal 100Mbit for tv.
But other devices has also internet needed.

If you have a househould and netflix and iptv, laptop, pc etc... and 3 people or more. I think 300Mbit is good enough. Not all needs vpn's. But opinions about internetspeed are different.

If Formuler are not certificated with Google play ( I think I understood correctly) the app will not play...

How do you stop the virtual keyboard from popping up. I've turned off the virtual keyboard in settings in all locations I can find, I use a hardware USB keyboard to setup new portal or make changes, but the virtual keyboard will not stop popping up and this causes me to not be able to see what I'm inputting. In android settings at apps section, there you can force stop the app. Bit don't know if thats enough. It's a system app.
And if you are handy with android.
Download adb manager from playstore.
Follow all the 7 steps and enable then usb debugging if app says.
Then you can delete the systemapp google keyboard/gboard.
If it won't work for you i can maby make a step by step tutorial.

CodeIf I disable AFR for VOD and series, the box does not crash.
On my z12 is afr on for vod and series and does not crash.
Try first to delete cache from mytvonline3 and restart box.
If that not helps make via mytvonline3 settings a backup on a usb stick. So your portal(s) and favorites are backed up.
Delete mytvonline3 and reboot box.
Install mytvonline3 via formuler update.
Go to settings and import/restore backup from usb.
And try again.
You can also try a factory reset. But that's the last option i should do.
but it can fix tour problem.
If it's not fixed after factory reset, maby your tv can't make friends with the hdmi cable so it's crash. Do you use original hdmi cable?
also try in android settings to set hdcp 2.2 to 1.4?? Just a gues.

I think the apps are made for AndroidTV. And maby that's a problem cause on the Formuler boxes are running on Android aosp. (Only Formuler gtv runs on AndroidTV and is google certified)
I will test it today my friend on my Z12.
Can so due android aosp, or not google certified and or due app itselfs.
Netflix can't also be installed from google playstore. (Only on z12) But it won' work. reason is netflix didn't give Formuler boxes a license.
So it can be anything.

It's always http:// and not https://
Open url in browser and see if you get "unautorized" and or dns error.

It looks impossible on those series unless they connect by ethernet cable.
