Download memory cleaner from market app.
Open it and delete cache files.
And try to remove other apps.
Z10 neo is only for iptv.
If memory cleaner has removed all cache and you still can't update.
Do factory reset and update direct before you setup mytvonline etc

No, only recording files and or apk files you can put by laptop or pc on usb and install on box memory
