Open NordVPN and go to settings.
Then select automatic connection on all networks.
Then select automatic connect with "standard vpn" and then fastest server or your homecountry France.
Turn postquantum encryption OFF!
At protocol section select NordWhisper or OpenVPN TCP.
Reboot box and then it's fixed i hope.

I did try using a VPN, NordVPN (the paid version), but I didn't select a French country, so I'll try again tonight after work. I'll let you know if it solves this problem, which I've had since the beginning. What's strange is that I have absolutely no problem with VOD. Thanks a lot anyway.

Try a vpn please. Maby your isp slow downs illegal streams.
Please check if surfshark or expressvpn has a free trail. Install it and connected to french country with vpn and try again. If can't connect anymore due vpn, then tell your iptv provider that you use a vpn.
If vpn solves problem i advice nordvpn.
HHello everyone, I'm also having problems with the TV channels. I have 3 active providers, 3 bars in Mo3, Afr on, a time delay of about 3 minutes, and image lag on almost all channels. However, the VOD service is excellent.
Afr on? Turn it off for tv channels only.
Try free trial if you have the same problem. Maby bad provider or to less servers. Can be anything
Are you using ethernet cable? If not, please use ethernet cable. Also 3 minutes is not nice. Way too long my friend.

I experience sometimes the same thing: after connecting my airpods pro there is no sound. But rebooting always solves the problem.
I have something similar. But not with airpods.
When im recording a program with dolby digital sound.
And then push home button and watch movie from nas i got also no sound. (Should be come due i already record a program with dolby digital plus in mytvonline) and then watch a movie with dolby dts or atmos.
But when recording stops in mytvonline an close mytvonline and i watch mkv via my NAS, I have sometimes also no sound. I go to sound settings in android and select then "use no surround" and then select again "automatic sound". Then you hear a "click" sound thrue the speakers and it works again.
You can't record a program with dolby and watch a movie via nas together at same time. That's my conclusion. Maby it's logical and can SAM confirm that.
Yes you can reboot, Also. But also go to android settings and select "no surround" and then select "automatic sound" again. you hear maby a clicking sound and it works again.
If not, reboot...

I’ve installed the latest beta update and since then when I select the display mode in screen resolution to auto it seem to lock it in 4k 60hz and play everything in that. It seems auto doesn’t work anymore.
At my side its always on auto.
But it's a beta update and thats why the warnings are for. Beta versions are not final versions, and can have errors for some users.
Make backup of mytvonline3 with usb from mytvonline 3 menu.
Factory reset box.
Import mytvonline3 backup and go.

I have been using this provider for 5 years or so with a VPN. However, using the VPN or not, makes no difference. The URL is correct. This is only happening with MTOL apps on different ISPs and with or without VPN. Tried 2 different VPNs and different locations.

Oh your provider needs to know if you use vpn.
If you make connection for first time with another country. Some providers safe that. If you connect again with different country it won't work. Some providers have that protection.
Let your provider know you use vpn so the set your subscription to vpn.
They do not have an alternate URL. Where is it being blocked? Other apps on same devices work fine.
Other apps is not the problem.
If you start mytvonline.
And go to Contentmanager and contentsources. Check the url please.

I have ran into an issue with MTOL3, but this also replicates with MTOL3+ and MTOL2. Suddenly, only these apps will not login to a certain provider. With or without VPN, tried various DNS, cleared cache, rebooted everything, etc.. Tivimate works fine on Formuler devices. MTOL3+ was on phone using cellular data with and without VPN.
I apologize if this has been addressed, but I searched and could not come up with specific remedy.

Tried that, but this does not work. When I just bought the box it worked fine, than suddenly after a few weeks the sound was gone.

I can see on my provider dashboard how it's connecting so I'm confident it's mytvonline3 limitation. When streaming it shows the IP it's using so I can reliably see from their end if it's using IPV4 or IPV6.
I have tested TiviMate on the same Formuler z Mini box and confirmed that it connects with IPV6. So the Formuler box is connecting and the Android system is allowing it. I'm not using VPN. I believe that just leaves the Mytvonline3 application.
I will test it myself too. Try to do it within 15 minutes.

The bars upper right corner gives signal strength of the channel stream.
But i have sometimes also 1 bar from the 3. But no buffering.
Search good provider on google or so or ask friend.
And ask free trail so you can test. Then you can see big differences between good and "bad" providers. Maby your provider is not buffer free. To less servers etc.
Cause you tested it with both wifi's and ethernet cable.
Did you check on Aliexpress site?
I couldn't find it yet on alibaba with a fast search. But should be somewhere to find.

Reproduce: push house button on remote. Open other app. Disney+ or so. Then go back and zap channels. Mosselen direct but sometimes after a while.
Last time i watched movie feom 2 hours. After 1.10 hours it stopped.
I did going back to channels and all were black on my 7 portals.
Changed to nordwhisperer or openvpn and rebooted and never had problem again.
I also had problems with disconnecting (wifi) with Nordvpn,they advised me to switch to TCP(Open vpn) protocol,since then problem was resolved.
Yes, but they don't still have a fix for Android 12? It works with other protocols.

Hello, is it possible to have MYTVOnline3 use IPV6 to connect to my provider? I have a fully compliant IPV6 isp and network, and my provider resolves IPV6.
My Formuler z Mini is connected and has an IPV6 address, it's working in the OS, but MYTVOnline only connects using IPV4.
Verified other ways that IPV6 should work, so I think it's a limitation of MYTVOnline, or a setting I'm missing.

Maby it's your iptv provider what isn't future proof yet? Did you try already a free trial at other provider and connected with the iptv server with mytvonline3?
I can't almost believe it, since 2017 or so we have already by isp ipv6 rolled out.

I am be able to pair my BT headphone, however the sound does not work. How can I resolve this?
The sound settings are standard in android settings on automatic.
There is also a option automatic lagacy.
Try that one. And a reboot.
For the rest i don't know cause i don't have a headphone and im busy with other things.

There was a update yesterday from nordvpn. Didn't tested it yet.
Im testing now 7 new portals.
After that, i test nordvpn.
Edit 1: gonna test it now NordVPN version 8.28.0 with automatic protocol etc.
Edit 2: No connection with internet after 30 minutes!
Now testing with post encryption OFF. but automatic protocol on. If that fails, then back to nordwhisperer or openvpn tcp
Edit 3: still not working after some minutes.
Edit 4: Fixed like the very first time.
Back to NordWhisperer protocol or Openvpn tcp protocol.
Then it's fixed.
Will contact Nordvpn, maby it's there bug.

Was there a resolution to this issue? I am having a similar problem with the search in MOL3 on my z mini. I've tried everything. Reinstalling MOL3 didn't work. A factory reset didn't work. The search still keeps showing "No Contents". Any help would be greatly appreciated
Did you try another trial at a provider?
DTHD doesn't give license to set top boxes.
The policy has changed over the years - hence why it works on the Z8.

Version 30.40 works with trailers in mytvonline 3. So also in mytvonline2 if implemented.
Version 30.56 is the safear version with new signature
The creators signature of the all was stolen, so ha made a new signature for his app.
So 30.56 is safer and can be used as tputibe on your box.
Only not for trailers in mytvonline 2. Therefore needs to come an update for mytvonline 2 so it uses the newest version.

I tried another provider that is blocked without VPN, so with VPN, it's ok, channels and VOD
I tried in mac and in XC, and with iptv smarters also in XC, and no VOD either.
Vpn is 100% needed in Spain.
So now you day other provider works with vpn the channels and vod.

It's simply a licensing issue in my opinion. They haven't paid the rights for the Dolby TrueHD and DTD-HD formats...
It is very unlikely that this will be fixed in an update, unfortunately.
I had the chance to get my hands on a Formuler Z8 yesterday; it had been a while since I last had one. I quickly tried it out on MOL3 with a movie that offered a TrueHD soundtrack, and it worked.
They must have been less strict about licenses back then...
I play movie now from vod.
I have an lg tv with all dolby sound supports.
I have no soundbar/cinema set to test thruehd.
I have only Kodi and another user says that when i play a.mkv file with thruehd atmos it's only atmos. Thruehd is only on blu-ray and or m2ts files he said.
I hope in future a GTV2 with all dolby sounds and hdr types etc. 200dollar/euro. Doesn't matter. I buy one then
still no answer why VOD & SERIES list is empty in Spain on Z8, but not on Z10 with the same isp and iptv provider? (In smarters also no vod but channels work fine), any explanation?
You already tried to remove mytvonline2 and reinstalled?
In spain there is a lot off iptv trouble. Blocked dns at a lot of providers etc.

Thank you for your input. Regarding ExoPlayer, decoding doesn't work for its formats either; it switches to PCM when it doesn't block the Z12 altogether
It's unbelievable that Formuler, with their implementation of the MyTVOnline 3 application, is incapable of providing perfect coordination between hardware and software for modern compatibility! The Z12 Ultra is touted as "the leading and best-tested IPTV receiver on the market." That's an overly optimistic and misleading advertisement
Let's hope they provide an update that's on par with the competition.

I gonna search on all my 5 providers for thruehd. And test it. I also find out that Exoplayer is from google?? Maby it's google that blocks the sound, cause it's not an certified android version. That's also possible. Let wait what the team says about it.

Be aware that here we are not talking about Dolby Digital Plus Atmos, which is available on certain TV channels or official streaming platforms.
It is the uncompressed format Dolby TrueHD Atmos (as well as DTS-HD) that is not supported by the Mytvonline3 application.
But there’s no problem with Kodi since it bypasses certain security measures of the firmware.
I didn't tested it yet.
I know Kodi plays it.
I setup tomorrow kodi as external player and search for movie with atmos thruehd. Then i change player to build in exoplayer and test again.
Btw: exoplayer is in the apps section. Maby i can update it and maby it works then.
Will let you know my findings.
P.s. vlc player plays it, but when i play from my nas it speed forward 1 hour further in movie, the sounds begins to scratch loud and colors are changing and 10 seconds later back to homescreen and colors are normal again. Same with nova player and mx player pro. But mx player pro passthrough function still not works for years, but hangs also sometimes when i speed a movie forward.
