Do you use vpn? If yes, contact provider and say you use vpn. Many it connects to wrong country so you got black screens.

In standby it can be active in background. Hold on/off button on upper right corner on remote in for 2 sec and choose shutdown.
Then try the z11 again.
Yeh had tried 0 and OK. No lights or anything happens no matter what I press. It must be a bad remote
It's a DOA. (Dead On Arrival)

Thanks for the replies. I've tried multiple batteries, tried moving the box away from everything else and pressing the buttons but still no joy.
I can't get past the initial screen so am stuck. Have contacted the shop who return to work Monday so hopefully they'll be able to help sort it

What if batteries are in and you press a regular button?
do led blinks?
If no... remote dead or batteries.
Reset remote you hold zero (0) + ok button till led blinks couple of times.
If that also don't work and with different batteries it's highly possible your remote is dead.
What can be done to overcome this limitation? Can the Google updates be disabled?
If it can't be overcome, Formuler should stop selling systems that have inadequate resources to accommodate the aggressive bloatware from Android/Google.
Im a big Formuler fan since the first boxes i had since 2014 or so. Formuler Z, Prime, Z+ and the Z neo.
But this box (Z10 neo) is one with too less space. Had to overcome to my friend to factory reset and then update the box.
Better safe money and go for mininal a Formuler GTV.
Or the expensiver ander better Z11 pro max bt1 or the best like the Z12.
Fix: delete cache and update Google play store,youtube etc. And if possible and installed delete also expressvpn.
Or direct after factory reset do software update.
Then install audio optimizer, run it and box will restart. Then you can delete audio optimizer.
And contact your iptv provider remove all your countries except the ones you watch!
if provider removed the countries you don't watch, remove cache memory from mytvonline2 and restart box.
That safes also a lot of space!!

Try remove cache from youtube.
Restart box Try again.
If that not helps, try remove cache again and uninstall latest updates from youtube.

Hello my friend. This is an English only forum. There was a beta firmware out for Z12 Ultra. No mytvonline3 update.
But you can check on the software update screen were you upload the photo from. On that software update screen type code 1339 on remote. Then appears a red button bottom right and then you press the red button on your remote. You should come in beta update screen.

As far as I’m concerned, I’ve noticed that Dolby Vision is still not detected in .m2ts files by all players.
With Media Browser, audio is unavailable for video files that are exclusively in DTS, whereas it works with other players.
Hopefully a solution will be found for all of this in the next update!
My advice is: use unly kodi please.
With vlc player, nova player and mx player pro if you play a Dolby vision with thruehd atmos. And you speed forward 1 hour or so, the movie stops, and play the sound shattered and you get strang colors. Also box restart then. And mx player pro passthrough nothing (also if you have passthrough ON. A know bug of the software makers from mx player pro.
Hi I have a z11 pro max that is working fine just got z mini and when using the exact same xcapi connection it will not connect and is just stuck at 5% then error code 1010 any help would be appreciated
If you have 2 lines with same credentials it should work, but you have a typo. Check url and credentials.
If you bought just 1 line for 1 box, then is it very logical that it not work on other box. You need 2 lines and or one box off and other on. (Like henkie said)

You can also add stalker portals to mytvonline3 my friend.
1: Contact provider and ask to change your mac to the mac id on the bottom of your z11. 00:1E:........
2: Then start mytvonline3 and add portal.
Portal name: is provider name
And the url from provider and test again.
If problem is still there:
3: then Install via formuler market app (green logo with white trolly) the app audio optimizer and run it one time.
Your box will restart.
4: If volume levels are to big, you can mostly change in tv settings to "normalize audio" when changing channels.
5: Or on your box do in android settings and then sound settings change from "automatic sounds" to "no surround".

So your tv has an hdmi arc port. If so... great. Then all the sound goes to avr.
But like i said, maby you need a setting in tv change that volume goes to hdmi and speakers out

Remove mytvonline 2
Restart box
Install mytvonline 2 via market app.
Use mytvonline 2 to impirt settings from usb.
Contact provider to delete all te countries, except the countries you watch. Faster loading and epg. Shorter list and less cache.

If someone has an gtv and or z11 pro max with bt1 remote. Then you can pair that one with the Z12.
And use the buttons so you had it before

Formuler to a hdmi ports on tv yes.
And mostly have TV's also an hdmi port with arc (audio return channel) behind it written.
If you have a hdmi arc port on your tv on the back. Put there the hdmi from the avr in.

Look at the hdmi ports on your tv, which one is an hdmi (e)arc port. If you found that one!
Put in hdmi in the (e)arc) port of tv and then to the hdmi out (e)atc of your dvr. Now should all the sound goes from tv to the avr. Turn in tv settings at sound settings that you use avr/soundbar wtc and tv speakers can be off! (If it's already not done automatically)
Put formuler in hdmi in tv with higher frameratee if is descibed.
The formuler send the sound to tv but due arc function of your tv and avr the sound goes out via tv hdmi arc to avr and speakers.
Check again if all is good now.

Recently purchased a z12 ultra and went to set it up the other day but I'm stuck on pairing the remote, I've pressed and held the Ok and menu (3lines) buttons together but nothing registers.
I was using the batteries that came with the box so tried new batteries but same deal.
The box won't move beyond the pairing screen, so I'm kinda stuck.
I'm not seeing and lights at all in the remote, does anyone have any other ideas what to try or could it be a faulty remote?

Then go to settings and bluetooth.
Check if your remote is not already connected. If so disconnect/remove remote. And try again to pair it with ok and hamburger (3 lines button)
Cause you when true the z12 setup and then it should be connected already.
I had it that i need to hit on the remote on batteries side. Then it worked again.
Then i did my z11 batteries in z12 remote and problem solved. Unbelieveble. Haha just switched the z12 in the z11 remote and the z11 batteries in the z12 remote.
Same brand, same type batteries in formuler remote app the z12 batteries were 91% and z11 batteries 84%.
Like i said, unbelieve. I can't explain.
Hello and thanks that you help a 55 year old man😀. I have done exactly as you described, but when i play a DTS movie, it says in the audioinfo on Kodi it is DTS audio. But my AVR says "Decoder off", so something is not correct from Kodi.😭
Can your avr play dts?
Is your avr connected with a hdmi cable? Hdmi let's dts thrue.
If your avr is connected with a optical cable it's logical. Dts can only via hdmi if avr supported.
Not via a optical cable. That can max dolby 5.1 passthrough so far i know.
Trying right now, but i am not sure what settings i need to set in Formuler...
In formuler android settings you need only set sounds to automatic. But it should be standard.
Now have a look when playing a movie with steps above in kodi.
And you installed audio optimizer and ran it from market right?
edit: Ofcourse you have, otherwise you didn't have dolby 5.1 in mol3 or you installed it with codec popup in mol3.

If i play a mkv movie from my nas with kodi i see dolby atmos.
You can check it if you play movie and press ok button, then go to the right, cogwheel, audiosettings, there you see which audiostream plays.
And if play movie. Press OK button, press on right side in the i (info) button in Kodi.
i see nothing then, only (no info) and if i press back button one time, then appears a bar on bottom with h.265 4k vision dolby-hd etc.
Please check it.

Stutters while switching can be due AFR. (active frame rate). Mostly on channels from usa/canada
Open mytvonline3, settings, player options and then TURN OFF AFR FOR LIVE TV.
For vod and series you can leave it on.
And? Tested another provider? Tested with ethernet cable?
Open Google play store, your account in upper right corner, play protect, disable both switches.
If that doesn't work go back to formuler app screen.
Select Google play store, hold ok button for 2 seconds, info, delete updates.
Try again.
Which app do you sideload? So i can test it here at my side.

It's a infra red remote. Not a bluetooth remote!
It should work normal and direct The remote you have. Change batteries.
You can check if remote sends out a signal.
Take you phone, open camere app and look with your camera app to the ir eye. If you push buttons on your remote you should see via your phonescreen via the camera app blinking from the infrared eye when you push button on remote.
