    Everyday I check the guide and the epg has gone , it says no information, what I have to do is go to data sync and click 'update' then it returns, the epg setting is on full 7days to auto update at 3pm, this does not work , the epg still vanished each morning , please help thanks.:smiling_face:

    In Content Manager, you need to Edit the portal that is your IPTV supplier. When you edit you will see a line item that allows you to change the frequency that the EPG updates. This is defaulted to NONE. Change it to 3 hrs and it will update accordingly. This is not visible when you enter the service for the 1st time. Only after entering and saving it can you go back and edit and it will be there.

my Z11 pro max stutters while switching channels.
Everything is up-to-date, the cache is empty.
Is anyone else having this problem?
What's the latest update for the Z11 Pro? I currently have 11.3.5 Official, and it hasn't been updated since February 12, 2024.

    Latest version in don't know at the moment. Not at home.

    Edit: version 12.1.33 for mytvonline3 should be latest version i found on forum!

    Stutters while switching can be due AFR. (active frame rate). Mostly on channels from usa/canada

    Open mytvonline3, settings, player options and then TURN OFF AFR FOR LIVE TV.

    For vod and series you can leave it on.

    Dit is de z11, niet de z12. Normaal typ je in dit scherm 1339. Dan druk je op rode knop.

    Hello my friend. This is an English only forum. There was a beta firmware out for Z12 Ultra. No mytvonline3 update.

    But you can check on the software update screen were you upload the photo from. On that software update screen type code 1339 on remote. Then appears a red button bottom right and then you press the red button on your remote. You should come in beta update screen.
