Think it's exactly the same as the last beta, which the restarting problem wasn't fixed for one thing.
At my side it does work.
Is works in disney+ and with kodi.
In which app it won't work?
P.s. i.had it 1 time, that disney+ last week don't gave dolby vision. But the day before is has it. So i reboot device and it was back again.
Done it in Kodi, prob other apps too. WiFi is on but no networks showing till turn it off and on again. So same bug.
