I have an update.
The Surfshark that I was using was from the Google Play Store. It was version 3.15. I uninstalled it. I re-installed it from the Formular Market. This version is 2.8.4.5. It works a lot better. Wired speed is 290Mbps download (still not great but usable) and wifi speed is 249Mbps. These are both with the Wireguard protocol.

IKEv2 protocol did help a little. Still way slower than my Nvidia Shield Pro.
But if you can watch tv without buffering there should be no problem my friend.

- Unplug your power cable and plug the cable back in
- Reproduce the issue with your device
- Go to Home > Settings > Device Preferences > About > Report a Problem > Send logs
Before Sending logs, please write down your Tracking # on the left-side of the screen- Reply to your ticket with the tracking# in step 3

When issue happens, then send direct logs! And write Tracking # here in topic.
Some providers block the use of VPN as it’s easier to locate persons who shouldn’t be on the service.
If your provider blocked VPN, it would allow you to log in to your subscription but channels will not load / give blank screen.That appears to be the case confirmed if VPN turned off and all worked OK
One provider i know accept vpn, but not double vpn. Indeed black screen then.
I have changed provider and works well.The other provider don't have answered.
The stopped/caught or they were scammers.
There are some p*nks were you buy a year and after a week or month the refund/stop your account and sell them further.

I have same issue with the update. I run 2 services on z11 ProMax. Running Surfshark all was good. Now not watchable since the update. Rebooted everything several times changed VPN location. Something is not correct with the update.
Or surfshark have problems with it.

Don't know whether this issue has anything to do with this software update, but now my Z11 Pro Max running Surfshark VPN shows only 1 mps download speed with Analiti where just a few days ago it was 160 mps (connected with ethernet cable). On my Buzz TV and Mecool boxes, with Surfshark running, they still show the 160 mps down (500mps without VPN running). I have uninstalled and then reinstalled latest Surfshark version with no change in Analiti speed test.
Can you suggest anything at all that could help me in troubleshooting ?? For the moment, I will disable the VPN, but I prefer not to do this indefinitely.
Crazy, with vpn choose p2p and search fastest country. Nordvpn can do that.
And do not double vpn!
some providers wont work with that and its slower than normal vpn.
Vpn slows always internet speed.
Delete your remote from bluetooth menu.
I do think you have the bt1 remote?
so hold 0 (zero) and OK button till led blinks for reset the remote.
then go to bluetooth menu in settings and search for bluetooth devices. and hold OK + menu button couple of seconds and see if led blinks and the box find your remote again.
Try also with new batteries!

Try also netherlands as country with nordvpn to test. And the nordvpn own dns servers. See nordvpn settings. (Should be standard) or try later quad9 with 9.9.9.9 as ip to add in nordvpn.

Maby the dns server. I read last weekend that in belgium a lot of dns providers (cloudfare/google) MUST block iptv.
Try quad9 (9.9.9.9) as dns setup.
Go to network/ethernet, private dns and set it to quad9 and restart device please.
Give it a try.
Otherwise use a vpn trail, and if you do, tell your iptv provider you will use a vpn. So the set your account to a vpn.

Micro sd has different types of speed. Maby the ones you use are to slow.
Use usb3. Format it ntfs with Rufus application on pc.
For me they should keep "Newly Added" as Default in Sort option.

First setup in country where you buy it. Without vpn on router! (You need wifi or lan there on vacantion yes) if you make connection to hotelwifi or so, ask always first or they use vpn on there router.
Or use simple your mobile wifi hotspot as in that country. (Without vpn on😉)
Make internet connection and install audio optimizer from market already and update device. That was the rule i thought for the geo block.
After all that you should it, later can use it anywere in the world i thought.

Cant seem to find them in dev.options or do i have to go back to Device Preferences?

Hi, thanx for help, my apology, had to mention that hdmi is going to asus capture card Asus CU4K30.
When Formuler plugged directly to tv, seems like all is good, get 4K output.
Tried to disable HDCP feature on Asus capture card but without sucess. 4K resolution stays for a about 10-15 seconds then it switches itself back to 1080p.
Is there any option on Formuler do activate/deactivate in order to video signal goes to Asus CU4K30 capture card goes in UHD format?

If you have lg tv, put hdmi directly in hdmi 4.

If so: Go to home menu -> system info -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update"-> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.

OK, so let me begin by saying I also have a Z8 with mol2, which connects to both my subs with no problem. You may ask why I have two subs, and the answer is in case one goes down. For some reason using the same logins that work just fine on my Z8, my Z11 pro mol3 will not connect and fails right at 60% in the connection window. I was able to connect with IPTV smarters on my Z11 so it’s just an mol3 issue. Can anybody tell me what is going on and why it’s rejecting my logins?

I believe I discovered what my problem is.... My SSD Drive was causing the Z11 to freeze. The problem happened again the other night and as soon as I unplugged the USB cable to the Drive, it unfroze.
Make a copy of your files off your ssd on your pc laptop.
Format is with program RUFUS on your pc as NTFS.
Copy your files back to ssd and tey again to hang it on your formuler.
Or your formuler give to low power to your ssd and you need an external power source for your ssd.
Power in wall. ssd usb cable in the usb power hub and the hub cable usb onto your z11.
Try first formatting with rufus.
After a few tweaks and tests, it seems to be working.
So, it was the Bluetooth pairing that wasn't done correctly. My remote was working, but with this bug, which seems to be resolved. Thanks everyone.

If you as example going to sleep at 10pm and let your box on.
Some providers will throw costumers out cause to spare bandwith if user didn't change channel within 8, 10 or 12 hours. Can be different.
That can cause also black screen.
Next morning when you wake up at 10am its possible that younare throw out.
Otherwise change the power option in settings from android to shutdown.

Maby strange.... but did you installed from market also the "audio optimizer" app and ran in one time? After that box restart itselfs.

Happened again last night after I cleared the cache.
It's also happened again this morning, I've refreshed the content data and it was still blank.
I've just restarted the box and it's working again.

Install via market and import backup.
My EPG is like on central time and I’m in Atlantic time. So EPG is 2 hours off. How do I fix this ?
