Z11 proMax not work because of geolocation

    Hello the community,

    As far as i like Formuler, i purchased 7 months ago the new Z11 ProMax after 5 years of use of a Z8 that i had no complaints with.

    I am european living in Australia and as i travel frequently i buy the Z11 ProMax from ebay and choose an european electric plug as i prefer to use because i have the adapters at home and don't need when i travel.

    The problem is when i received the Z11 ProMax it seems to have a new feature that was not present on the Z8... the Z11 automatically shut down since it detect that i am in Australia and show a error message about this box need to be used in europe only !!! ...

    So i have try to contact the support, submit errog logs, reset the box but nothing work for me to use the Z11 Pro Max since 7 months now! I a disappointed at this point and don't know what to do....

    Anyone here can show me a way to use like it should my Z11 Pro Max?

    Hello Toddy, yes i try a vpn, but the geolocation that they implemented in the Z11 is so powerful that turn on google services localisation when be forced to update Mytvonline3.

    At this point i can only request the Formuler support to help me out exceptionnaly. It's unfortunate that i have a Z11 take dust and can't use.
