    Please help me! I have purchased a Z12 ultra box from amazon and set it up. The box has started to constantly shut itself down shortly after booting up. The message that presents itself is 'this product is not for sale outside EU/UK'. I'm in the US and have a VPN set up on the box but that doesn't seem to make a difference. Please help me! The Z12 Ultra is completely useless to me currently! Any help is appreciated.

    Normally when such message comes up it is also added "Contact your seller''

    I understand you live in US,but got a box for EU/UK.

    You should contact amazon to solve the issue,or send you a box for US/Canada as replacement.

    Thank you. Is there anything that i can do with my current box rather than having to go through the bother of having to return my z12? I have binned the boxes that came with it so it will be difficult to return in the same condition as received. I was not considering having to return my purchase so soon. This is very unfortunate.
