    I’m using the app on my iPhone and iPad. On the iPad I keep getting an error “external player not supported”


    I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. Set up but provider details again as well. Seems to be working fine on the iPhone however the error persists on the iPad.

    Any help to resolve this would be much appreciate.

    Is the iPAD connected to any external devices?

    Please check if you have any screen recording feature enabled as well.
