New Z12 Ultra. Wifi dropping occasionally

    Recently replaced my old Beelink gt king with the Z12 Ultra. What a great upgrade! However, on occasion I lose wifi connection even though I have excellent signal strength (according to the box) it does reconnect very quickly though.

    Is this a known issue or do I need to check/change any settings?

    There is an wifi and ethernet issue si far i know on some boxes. I don't have any of them. They know about it. There is coming an update. Please be patience.

    Try ethernet cable or give wifi on box a static ip. If you know how. Cable is always stable connection with no droppings.

    Ethernet is always better, wifi can drops often by changing to another point if you have wifi repeaters or extra wifi points in powersocket. And or inteference from neighbors etc.

    P.s. turn off wifi in android settings before or after connection with Ethernet cable. And run dhcp for sure.

    Thanks again for your advice. Like I said, it's a replacement for my old Beelink & all set-up connections etc are exactly as they were. The Beelink never suffered any wifi dropping outs so a bit confused as to why the newer Z12 is suffering intermittent drops 🤷🏼‍♂️

    The new beta update will be announced by SAM on Forum,you just have to look at the changlog whether the wifi issue is addressed.

    Some Z12 devices have wifi and ethernet disconnect problems.

    I don't have it all?? But last was there a beta update to fix that and many other things that were fixed and improved!

    But later they found a bug in the beta so they toke it offline.

    I believe soon will a new beta or maby direct a final version online.

    Wil be mentioned by SAM. We just have to wait and have some patience.
