Good day everyone. Been awhile since I posted but having an issue I need help to resolve. I need to find a new Z12 Ultra GTV-BT3 remote. The one I have is dead on arrival that I won on an on line auction. The seller will replace it but can't find one anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jack

It's not yet official to buy separately.
Yet it comes only with the Z12 Ultra.
What the store can do is take one from another Z12 and send that one to you.
And if the bt3 remotes are for sale, they can sent the faulty back for new one or so.
