Virtually everything i pre record on tv grid Guide fails to record. Its not even 50/50 anymore like its always been to be honest. Which i've always just put up with because i like the mytv online 3 but its everytime these days. Its more like 80/20 that it does not record. Just what is going on with these formuler boxes guys? Even tried downloading tivimate which i dont really want to do. Just to see if that records ok. But the Z11 pro max will not even download that now?

Sorry to say, but it sounds like your box need factory reset and fresh setup. Would also reformat the recording device.
