No channels after 30 min watching

I have connected with portal and never had problems but no after watching tv for 30 minutes screen goes black and when trying to connect to portal it takes for ever and sometimes de vod works and series but no tv! Last night about 4 hours and now today.. I did al the reset thing and on and of but stil nothing the provider says everything is working and it was working for long time good

Hi Have you looked at MOL2/Menu/Settings?Playback limit

it set to 6 hours and for some reason I can't change it.. but don't think that's the problem I can access the vod sometimes and sometimes not

It isn't that then it was just a thought,

If you cant change It is set by supplier .

6 hours is good one of mine set at 3

The z8 is good when it' works but sometimes like today is very bad.. did everything also internet cable and reset also factory reset so am confused now what' to do lol thanks for youre input

Have you tried taking a test from another supplier and see if it still does it

Am gonna try that now but don't wanna because this is one of the best haha

But jeah am gonna try that . I know for a fact it's on my end and it's android sometimes baby software lol thanks for you help
