Within MYTV Online 2, I access my IPTV via a Portal connection.
Under normal circumstances, it runs very well with the EPG working fine (I think it is provided forward for 1 day). EPG mode = UTC, EPG Offset = None (as per my provider's instructions).
My IPTV provider also offers a catch-up service.
If I try to set this up (via Portal - Edit - View catchup in Grid EPG = On) then the following happens:
- The EPG going back in time is accurate
- The catch-up icons appear (for programmes where catch-up is offered)
- The catch-up works
- However, the EPG going forwards is affected and no longer accurately reflects the correct timings.
I cannot see a direct pattern in terms of the time shift of the EPG. Sometimes it has shown itself to be out by + a few hours, sometimes it is out by - a few hours.
On occasions it self-corrects over time (a few minutes after starting up the EPG), but most of the time it stays showing the wrong timings.
