Channel EPG and Group EPG are showing different times both in Normal as well as in UTC mode

    Hi,

    I reported this error earlier, but it still hasn't been solved.

    I have the latest version of Mytvonline 2 (as of 27-06-2022).

    The Channel EPG is showing the correct times, but in the group EPG there is a difference of 2 hours. This difference occurs both in the Normal as well as in the UTC mode.

    By changing the offset I can either get the group EPG times correct or the channel EPG times, but never both.

    This issue is very annoying.

    Please help.

    Try the steps below:

    1. Android settings > Date & time > Revert the time settings on your device back to "Use network-provided time." Do NOT manually adjust the time.

    2. Android settings > Date & time > Choose the correct time zone and make sure the system displays the correct time.

    3. Mytvonline2 > Main Menu > Connections > Click on your portal > select Edit > Change "EPG Mode" to UTC. Scroll to the bottom and click "Update"

    Check the channel guide information to see if it lines up correctly.

    I was in the same situation, async between channels and epg list; 2 hours deviation.

    Following the above 1 – 3 pgfs which are correct but still no sync.

    So I make pgf 4:

    Set EPG OFFSET +2 as deviation was 2 hours

    Exit/restart

    In "Z10" Main: Settings > Device Settings > Date & Time > Set Time Zone:

    Check/Set CEST according to your current location. Note that "summer time" is relative to today's date and GMT. My location : GMT + 2.

    Restart and load mol2.

    By doing this, the epg list is synchronized with the program broadcast. What will happen going back to normal time, wait and see.
