1st Official Post

    I have a number of Z8's and Z10's. All connected to the same portal. The channel List numbering is correct on the Z10's but completely wrong on the Z8's. I have rebooted Z8's , refreshed them but cannot resolve the listing error. EG Channel 1 on Z10's is 1 but on Z8's is 2598. Where is the channel listing stored on the Z8?

    In settings, before starting MYTVOnline, on the Z8 there is the option in Apps to clear Data and clear cache.

    Once in MYTVOnline> Settings> Clear EPG data.

    Will any of these options work so I can get the correct channel Number Listings.

    What is contained in Z8 in the Clear Data and Clear cache option so I know what I am deleting or clearing

    What is contained in MYTVOnline> Settings> Clear EPG data. Is this purely EPG info and nothing to do with Channel Listing Numbers

    I dont mind deleting but really need to know what I am deleting before I do it.
