Hey, I have a Z11 Pro Max suddenly it shows "No information" on the EPG, I tried factory reset, deleting the source, updated the EPG nothing works.
Could you guys help me out please,

If you're using stalker portal, we are aware of this. It'd take some time for stalker portal to fully load EPG for now. Update for improvement will follow in the future.

MOL3 menu > Content Manager > Data Sync > Clear and Update EPG on XC and give some time until the EPG is fully loaded then check if the same happens.

works fine, until I have to use the epg offset option (-01:00) then I get the message "no information". not my provider. is apparently a mytv3 bug oo the formular z11. hopefully there will be an update soon.
