    I have a new Z11 Pro Max and loving it. But I have a few issues which i hope someone here can point me in the right direction.

    1. EPG Time not showing up correctly - I have the EPG offset set to None. When i open a channel the EPG that shows up on the bottom of the screen is behind by 2 hours. Or when I press OK while the channel is fullscreen and on the window that comes up with the channel on the top right of screen and EGP on the bottom right, the EPG Is behind by 2 hours. However i press the right arrow and go to the full EPG Screen, the EPG is perfect. There is no issue at all. How do i get the correct EPG on channel screen?

    2. Audio delay - In Settings -> Device Preferences -> Display and Sound -> Advanced Sound Settings -> Select Formats -> I have selected "Automatic: Use device-reported formats". When this is selected, for VOD or TV Series which are not in Stereo (eg: 5.1 Surround Sound), there is a delay with Audio. The audio comes out about a second later after the lip movement. If I choose "None: Never use surround sound", this issue does not exist and its fine. I have a samsung Q70R soundbar with woofer. Is there any setting to fix the audio delay?

    3. MyTVOnline 3 - Sort Order in VOD and TV Series is not saved - I want to always sort the VOD and TV Series by Newly Added. When i login initially to MyTVOnline 3 the sort order is Default. I change this to Newly Added. However if I exit out of MyTVOnline 3 and open some other app, and come back later to MyTVOnline 3, the sort order goes back to Default. I want this to stay as Newly Added all the time. In other apps like Tivimate, if i change it once, it stays like that until we change it to something else.

    4. Catchup - How do i view catchup in MyTVonline 3? My IPTV provider provides 7 day catchup. In MyTVOnline 3, on the EPG page (which i access by pressing the right arrow from a channel), i can see only the previous day. In Tivimate i can see the last 7 days. How do i view the EPG for the last 7 days? In Menu -> Content Manager -> Data Sync -> Auto Update Settings -> I have set EPG Data Storage as 14 days. Is there some other setting that I am missing.

    Hi,

    1. It seems you're getting the correct Single EPG but it does not match Grid EPG. This is a known issue and we're working on a counter-measure. Refer to this post.

    3. Stalker server does not save the previous sort option whereas XC server does.
