Here i have some Chiness serveur they do that and some not. I sugest to install Tivimate in try your ip Provider. You will see the result...and if is the same than mol3 is your ip provider the problem. Or try to add / at the end of your provider: ex: http://me.tv:8080/ and when you creat you portal,come back after channel uploading is complet and setup the tv guide time to 3 hrs to load guide,not 24 hrs.
