A clean NTFS format of a 1TB Samsung SSD plugged into a Z10. Recording 2 hours plus no problem. The file image for playback shows the full amount of time. When I try to play back, it only plays to about 1:15 or a bit more like 1:36. When I plug the drive into a laptop it shows the files have been split and Formuler is only playing the first file. How do I get it not to split up the files? Thank you!

I have a Z10 Pro MAX, and I'm having the same issue since the last software update in November or December (at least that's when I installed the update). I tried doing a factory reset on my box, and also formatting the external drive, but that didn't work.
Yesterday I connected the external drive to my Z8 Pro, and had no issue recording and watching a full 1 hour video.
I have the same symptoms as the user above, but in addition to that, the recording takes a long time to "load" before beginning to play. On my Z8 it played instantaneously, but on a 1 hour recording this morning, it took over a minute before it started playing. My 1h2m3s recording is only 50m26s once it actually begins playing.
Before the last update, the recording and playback was flawless.

Like written in other thread, when such thing happen (please reproduce once again) then, send log file to Formuler and post the Tracking No. from log file in this thread, so the devs. can check and know what for the log file is. Thx.

Hi Sam, thanks for the info!
The log file has been sent, the tracking number is: 00000011B7A6C
I followed the instructions for submitting a log that I found elsewhere on this site. Once I plugged the device back in, I started playback of a recording, which took over a minute to load, then it only showed 35m:05s length on a recording that is actually over 1h:02m. I forwarded to the end of the recording and let it play to the end at which time it went back to the recordings screen.
