I can't speak for the Z10 but the PQ on the Z11 looks great to me. In fact, I have an old 2015 Nvidia Shield and running Kodi now on the Z11 Pro is a major PQ improvement for me, night and day.

I have both a z10pro and a z11PM,and i can say that the PQ of the z11 is certainly better,although this is only a subjective opinion!
