Wiping stucks on “formatting /cache”

    Hello,

    I have a z10 pro max box.

    Since two weeks the box doesn’t boot anymore.

    I tried to factory reset the box but I have this message :

    E:failed to open recovery socket : Success

    Support api : 3

    — Wiping data…

    Formatting /data …

    Formatting /cache …

    And then “nothing else”.

    It is stuck on “formatting cache”.

    I tried to hard reset with the IR trick but it gives me access to the same menu (factory reset).

    Someone can help me please ?
