EPG and recording problem

  • I know it's been addressed here before but just for the guys from Formuler to know that there are getting more of us having those issues as we arrive as new customers (just for Z11 in my case). Just bought the Z11ProMax (came in yesterday) to replace my Z10ProMax and bumped into those two (maybe more but I hope not) problems so far:

    a) EPG - only showing 48 hours programmes into the multiple channels epg layout (I have 7 days of epg in my xml file). No EPG (blank page as in the photo) for the single channel layout (EPG Single).

    b) Some channels report a "Error (1)" message when I try to record.

    My setup is: Z11ProMax, portal added as a single m3u file which I generate by combining and organizing channels from two providers via IPTVBoss. The .xml/.xml.gz file is generated using solely IPTVBoss's EPG service. Both (.m3u and .xml) files are exported by the mentioned app to my Dropbox account from which I use the files links (either full or shortened).

    The epg problem is present in all situations (tried with full/shortened links, deleted and readded the portal, factory reset etc.).

    NONE of these problems are present on my Z10ProMax with exactly the same portal. Hope we'll get a resolution soon since I see the problem is quite old. Glad that at least the multiple channels epg is working, allowing me to program some recordings (even though only for the next 24-max.48 hours) otherwise it would have been a case of product return and refund required...
