Is there any way to increase the channel number input time?

    Hello! I gifted a Z10 to an older senior that I know and she says her only complaint is she can't enter the combination of numbers quick enough


    For example CNN is channel 8950 and they say by the time they finally enter 8-9 of 8-9-5-0 that the box disappears and then suddenly it's just the 5-0 it picks up


    Is there a way to increase this delay anywhere for accessibility with people with mobile issues?

    Hi,would it not be better to set a range of Favorites for your friend,so that she can access these channels a lot easier?

    Like Henkie said set up channels in favorite, Then go to 'connections' 'portal' 'edit' and turn on 'Group channel numbering' and 'update'

    All of the channel groups categories will start with number one, so unless she has more than 100 favorites they will be numbered from 1 to 99

    It's will also easier for her to remember a two digit channel number.

    You are right,that should help her out-as if it were cable television- i forgot that this is a z10 issue:winking_face:
