  • I followed to change Mac Id to 001A79 as change provider made to use 00:1E:B8?????? was not working. I updated saved it and it shows in the portal setup. When I try to use it I get a 1012 blocked message. on checking the portal I created is still there with changed Mac id , however when I try to create a new portal it shows the mac id as starting with 00:1E:B8****** even though my portal is still there with the changed Mac Id. Does this mean the mac Id change did not take effect as I see my portal with changed Mac but trying to add new shows the original. help please
