    I recently had a new iptv subscription and tried it on PRIXON VENOM device.

    It worked fine, but evertime I restart it, i lose favorite channels.

    I decided to try it on my formuler z11 pro max

    And I ran into Code 1012 your account is blocked.

    I typed the exact portal and mac and even the product serial number, nothing helps

    Talking to the reseller is not much help.

    Apparently he doesn't know much.

    I bet he could do something on his panel or reselling software to release me, but I don't know much to help him with

    I think they locked the Mac and device together.

    Is there anyway or information that can help me?

  • Did you do a search on ""provider block"',in support site?

  • Is there a support site for prixon venom device,as it not seems to be a Formuler box issue?

  • When working with a Stalker portal (normally) only 1 device / MAC address is supported.

    If you want to use multiple devices -but not simultaneously- you can use an XCAPI connection.

    I have another iptv sub that is stalker portal and I can use it on other devices with different softwares without any problem, not at the same time of course.

    I thought it's universal thing. 😂
