    I think my box is totally broken.

    Im getting no signal from it.

    I’ve tried to reset it, power on off, different HDMI signal and different TV.

    It’s completely dead.

    I’ve bought it just 5 months ago.
    What could the error be?


    Can I send back this device to manufacture?

    if iets really broken you have send it back to your seller because it has warranty.

    Reset again and try it on a computer screen if you have? Try other powersupply (with same specs)


    Or simple way like my friend Belgiumuser already said: send it back for warrenty.
