How many days of Program Guide can I see in my EPG?
We offer EPG for the last day, for the current day and for the next 7 days if we have enough data, otherwise it depends on the sources.
You wouldn't be able to fully use catch up with their service.
My provider has 7 day catch up the channels with this feature.
Check to see if your sub needs renewing or check internet connection
Looks like this is already supported if offered by your service provider - my connection via user name, password and url.
Click Menu and you see the option, Live TV, VOD, TV series, Recordings
You may need to contact your provider and ask what m3u playlist "extension" you need.
They should have one that covers all the services you have requested from them.
The fault was down to broadband supplier.
Ran a service status test on their website reports the following,
Network issue
We have detected an issue that maybe affecting your broadband and TV video on demand services
What does this mean?
This issue is caused by interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area.
This will cause intermittent speeds and performance may vary at different times.
Z7+5G box
Update -
My box is fully updated, having this issue.
My friend has same box but not fully updated ( 2 updates waiting to be installed), no issues with connection WIFI drop outs.
Z7+5G box.
Recently, the box has started loosing internet connection but checking TV setting, internet connection working.
Checking the WIFI setting, shows connection to router but not internet - several times a day requiring a reboot.
Is this a new bug?

Factory Reset after firmware 1.2.71 and newer
It would be advisable to check the hard disk for errors.
The problem could be that the system is stuck waiting for a response from the hard drive when connected to the formuler box
Having read Codeit's post for Hub 3 router and routerguide.net, have made the following changes,
Block Fragmented IP Packets
Recommendation: Uncheck the box to disable this setting.
Although having fragmented IP packets supposedly tighten security more. Some connections such as you gaming consoles and media mobile devices do use fragmented IP packets. By enabling this option on, you can experience more connection losses and intermittent signals. So in general, turn the Block Fragmented IP packets off.
IP Flood Detection
Recommendation: Uncheck the box to disable this setting.
IP flood detection supposedly protect against denial of services type of attacks. However, turning on this option sometimes can hinder your wireless network speed in many cases. Some of your “real” traffic can be mislabeled and blocked by this firewall function.
You generally should disable IP flood detection. Unless you are having trouble with certain malware infected machines on a network flooding your entire wireless netork, but if that is the case, you really should try to get those devices fixed ASAP.
Port Scan Detection
Recommendation: Check the box to enable this setting.
In most cases as a normal non-tech user, you will not use any of the port scan features nor do you want to be found and be port scanned for open ports on your computer. Enable this function for the extra firewall security. Just turn this firewall option back on when you actually need to conduct port scanning.

Yesterday morning MyTVOnline went blank, switched to smart iptv app which had issues after 12pm.
No idea what the issues were - provider reported that there was no issues with the service.
Broadband had no issues. VPN working.
Happy to report all working again.
Formuler box connected using M3U url from day one, so was puzzled why I had issues as Sam reported issue was with Mac address connection
SAM - have asked provider to check at their end.
Just happened again today - MyTvOnline app went blank - tried SmartIPTV app and that was working

Issue started yesterday, the screen goes blank and no other channel works.
Rebooting, starts the service but after a little while the screen goes blank again, requiring another reboot.
The box has been updated to latest software.

Simple answer would be no.
Formuler would only announce updates to their software.
If the app developer has put in code to check for updates, then you will get notified by that app.

mytvonline app is amazing thats why I'm annoyed because my subs run perfect on other apps just not mytvonline
Agreed - MyTvOnline is the best app out there today.
I guess your best bet is to raise a support ticket - you may be able to provide details of your subs for them to test via free trials from that service.
Just had a thought replying on another thread.
Rather than multiple subs on one app, wouldn't it make sense to have multiple MyTvOnline apps with one sub each?
Maybe in the setting of the app, there could be an option to rename the app.
Loading a single app with large sub of channels and VODs takes time to load / download epg
yes sam i have tried static ip iv tried several different dns the sub I'm currently using if using all day watching uhd no buffer the min i put any other sub on channel may play couple mins and buffer might be 20mins and buffer tried different channels it has to be a bug in the app because all other app work fine router been reset rebooted web safe off firewalls off tried tethering my mobile phone tried a different house

After updates to software, load the "buffering sub" and test.
Then add "non buffering sub"
With multiple subs - how long does it take to load MyTvOnline app?
I recently bought Z7+ 5G as i needed to add VPN.
Tested my sub on many apps on this box including provider app.
Found MyTvOnline to be the best.
I still get buffering on channels with no back ups. Popular channels like sports have 3 backs ups and I simply change to another stream.

I'm using portal but iv tried id and m3u iv tried vpn iv the latest firmware and mol installed I'm currently using usb to ethernet connection my buffering issue is when watching channels with mol the three blue buffer bars are on one bar (one blue square) then that goes grey then channels freezes with a spinning circle in middle saying loading iv tried each sub on different app works perfect on a speed test my box show 72mbps outta every sub iv tried only one is working perfect yet they all fine on different app as for your question "what shall formula do now?" i don't know thats why I'm posting this it seems no where has got a fix yet it seems to be pretty common
It may help to say which formuler box you are using.
are you using perfect player on the Formuler box?
Maybe an idea to test the connection speed on the Formuler by using a speed test app from market place or google play store.

This has been mentioned ~3824 times on the forum, MOL2 is not coming to Z7+. Z7+ will continue to get updates for firmware and MOL1 though, just as all other Z series boxes are continuously updated
Hopefully that may change.
From formuler website - latest and greatest apps. Logically it's better for development of one app rather than 2 versions
Sam, I guess the owners of z series boxes are asking is will the Mytvonline 2.0 be coming to those devices if the hardware is upto the job?
The spec of the Z7+ and Z8 are very close and looks like a reasonable question

Are you not using the same service as your friend?
Otherwise Islander is correct if it's only French channels that have a problem.
If you have another non sky router, try connecting that to the sky router and connect formuler box via that router.
You will find good tutorial on youtube for connecting 2 routers together.
