Formuler Z11 Pro Max dont load EPG

Hi,

I have an Formuler Z11 Pro Max in the bedroom and one in the livingroom, the issue is that epg will not load on the one in the bedroom.
Tried to clear and update epg, factory reset, even tried a whole new line from the provider. Nothing works!

Tried the line on tivimate it works there.

On my 2nd Formuler z11 pro max in the livingroom everything works fine. I changed the line from bedroom to livingroom box and it works.

Have tried everything, what can i do to make it work, i think its the device problem. Plz help!

2 different lines, also got a third one but will not work with epg in bedroom. Only says no information.

All uppdates done and my passwords / usernames have numbers and letters, no symbols.

Even when i try to update the epg the loading icon just stops while on the other box it really updates and loads in the epg.

If I change to stalker mac/id, is it still possible to use the app on the mobile phone when travelling?

the problem is that I use the bedroom line and my brother use the one in the livingroom, and when on work/travels.

I will check if I can get a new box for a good price.

HI brad. I have the same issues with my new Z11 pro max. Does odd things that my 10 pro did not. The guide showing up on the left side. Turning it on after standby and the screen goes on and shows my app loads then drops after a long delay back to the main screen with the icons and I have to load again my app. I still have two Z10 boxes that work fine with the same app. Turned the box on at times and the led stays red. Already had an update so guess we will wait for the next.

Also deleted the app from the phone, so I don't know if that was what caused the crash in some way?

Now the epg works as it should.
