    • What issue(s) are you having? message: not for use outside noth-america / my current location is germany / box originated from canada (was a gift)
    • What was you expecting to happen? use the box in germany
    • What happened instead? box shuts down automatically


    Hi Community,

    i received a formuler Z mini as a gift from a friend in canada and want to use the box in germany. unfortunately the box shuts down automatically. i am connected to the wifi and have updated the software. what is a possible solution to make this z-mini work outside north-america? :flag_Canada: :flag_Germany: :flag_United_States:

    You probably have the issue called "Geo Block"

    In most cases (z11) you have to contact your seller about this,i dont know if the same applies to the z mini.

    For more info do a search on support site (right upper corner) about the issue.

    Find someone who has VPN installed on their router and has a location for europe, reconnect and install a vpn on the box

    You need to send it to friend and he to seller, so the Geo block can be removed. The first setup have always to be done in seller country, after that you can use the box everywhere.
