z11 pro max goes in to home menu by it self

my z11 pro max which is connected to a denon amplifier has started to exit mytvonline3 after 4-5 minutes, it starts by going into search mode then it ends up on the home menu & it lowers all the sound at the same time on the box, not the amplifier. then it starts youtube without sound. all by itself. sometimes it starts adding rows of favorites on the home menu. I have disconnected the remote, removed the batteries & connected the control again, still the same everything started yesterday, previously it has flashed in white, one to two seconds later landed in the menu mode. if I start mytv3 again the picture is back again immediately, it can take 1-2 hours between these white flashes. but now it is worse as it behaves as I described at the beginning. does anyone have any tips.. would rather not do a factory reset, because of all the tv and films shows we have saved.

Unfortunately,considering the strange,diverse and increase in serious malfunction of the box,hard factory reset seems the only way out.

Although tedious procedure cant you make pictures of your favorite film&series and fill them in later for your library?

What you also could do(after making a backup) is delete mol3 and reinstall mol3 from Formuler Market,i would try this out before factory reset.

Sounds like the buttons on the remote are being pressed unintentionally.

1. Take the batteries out of the Formuler remote

2. Install the Google TV app on your phone. Open the Google TV app on your phone and use the virtual remote to control your Formuler

3. If everything is working ok with the virtual remote, check your Formuler remote for abnormalities.
