Can’t access apps

    Would appreciate any help advise. I have a Z10SE the app for viewing I use is myonlinetv2 and YouTube. The box is connected to my WiFi although when I select either app YouTube does not open and myonlinetv2 opens (and connects to live tv) for about 5 seconds then returns to the Home Screen. The fact that the app does work for a tiny time says that it is not connectivity.

    I have unplugged the box and restarted it. I am temped to do a factory reset but am scared that will remove apps and any data that was input when I bought it.

    Any advice is really appreciated.

    Try first to delete mytvonline2 and reinstall from Formuler Market,before that try delete cache in both Apps

  • Go to Homemenu>settings>Apps.scroll to mol2>click on it.>Several options will show up,like delete cache,uninstall etc
