Help needed, can't log on after provider issue this morning.

    Everything has been working great for months. This morning, my provider had an issue that lasted for 5-6 hours, no idea what it was.

    Provider emails me, tellIs me its back on now, I should clear cache and force stop App (MyTVOnline2.)

    I can only figure out how to clear cache, much exploring was unfruitful to see how to force stop the app.

    So the provider and I figure that my best option is to uninstall that app,and re-install. Did it three times to no avail, still can't log on.

    Provider doesn't know anything about these boxes. I'm only one level past complete noob. At any rate, I'm stuck now, no TV, no idea what to do.

    The only idea I have here is to try another provider just to see if it works, and if it does, switch providers. (Out two months still left on my 3 month sub. Oh well.)

    Any ideas would be much appreciated. :loudly_crying_face:

  • Clear cache from mytvonline and shutdown your box! Hold on/off on remote in, and after 2 seconds you see 3 options. Choose shutdown.


    Turn off router for 1 to 5 minutes.

    Turn router on, wait 5 min till its fully booted up.

    Start formuler box.

    Go to internet settings and click on dhcp.

    Scroll down till you see private dns.

    Click on private dns.

    Click on quad9 9.9.9.9.

    Go back to home screen.

    Restart box! (Hold on/off button and choose Restart/reboot)


    Try again to connect with mytvonline3.

    Hopefully is service fully online.

    My costumers had this also once. Servers were online (but not all)

    And some clients were connection to server, but due the iptv server was (full), they were forwarded to the next server automatically what was not online fully. So some clients were online and some not yet.

    Have patience. Or search temporary for trail on internet.


    If not, check if youtube works or so. The you now you have internet connection.
