  • Now I have tried the advice described in here and it does not help. I use Tivimate in parallel and there's rarely any problems with EPG, and when there is, there is the possibility of sorting it, in the menu. That being said I would rather just use MOL3!. if anyone has the solution please write. could not formulate make their menu so that it looked more like Tivimate, it is more intuitive in their menus.

Would it help using m3u instead of the simple login?

  • The only thing that would help-for the moment- is switch to MAC connection and change epg mode to alternate:smiling_face:

  • Yes,you should sent your iptv provider your MAC-ID,this shows up when you go into mol3menu>content manager>contentsources>show hiden info.

Your personal MAC_ID starts with 00:1E:B8:XX:XX:XX,the X being your personal box-id.

Just sent them these details and they will return to you Portal URL,no login required,no username&no password,

    Good luck

  • Am thinking that EPG.BEST does this for you. A kind of emulation of the MAC process. For $13 a year you upload your source provider data login and password, and then you remap any channels you want with the correct EPG data with EPG.BEST with the resulting M3U file in a https address.

You input the HTTPS address M3U file as a source into MOL3, and then you use the XML file that EPG.BEST creates as a EPG for the M3U file.

Wham bam thank you Mama. It all works. Mostly. Lol. Am fighting to get more than two days of EPG data to update MOL3 as EPG.best can provide five days at least.
