After more testing. Plugged in a FAT32 USB stick and that is always recognized on reboot.
The NTFS stick is not recognized on reboot, but if I power down completely and power on (not reboot) the NTFS stick is recognized.
Try it on laptop.
And format with the rufus tool to ntfs.

Am more thinking the NTFS driver for ANDROID 11 gets loaded once during power up sequence. And it is never reloaded, or never scans for NTFS drives after a reboot.

Lucky -- am not doing that. Thinking suggestions are a little guess work too much. Would rather have an ADB command to check if the driver is loaded for NTFS. At least know that a power outage will still bring the NTFS USB drive back online, and it's just if we run a RESET that we loose that NTFS USB.
